Garnacha.    Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 22°C and 25°C to preserve all the aromas of the Garnacha. Each variety is vinified separately and blended before bottling.    Deep ruby red with dark purple reflections.    Intense aroma of ripe fruit with underlying floral notes.    Ideal as an aperitif, with lean meats, and young cheeses.    Campo de Borja.     Spain.

   100% Garnacha.    A juicy and expressive garnacha with ripe plums and spiced cherries. Sappy and ripe with lots of tart cherries and strawberries. A hint of coffee and vanilla in the medium-long finish.    Very intense cherry-red color with purple tones.    Great concentration of ripe red fruit aromas with floral nuances. Rich and well-structured, evoking flavors of blackberry, plum, and hints of leather and vanilla, with sweet and silky tannins.    Roasted red meats, big game, highly seasoned rabbit, roast duck, roast leg of lamb, chicken, and strong-flavored cheeses.    Campo de Borja.     Spain.
