Chardonnay. Aged in oak for 4 months. Bright straw yellow. Intensidad alta con gran elegancia, notas florales de acacia y jazmín. Aromas a avellanas, almendras dulces, apuntes de frescura y notas a heno cortado y membrillo. Ataque brillante y amplio. Fruta blanca fina, con acidez presente, untuoso y complejo, muy sedoso. Retronasal a flores y miel. Largo final de vainilla. Aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, hazelnuts, toasted bread, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is fresh with rich acidity and a honeyed texture; the fruity notes are confirmed, accompanied by a long finish. This wine pairs well with fish, seafood, white meats, foie gras, soft cheeses, and fruit-based desserts. France.

Red Wine | L’Artisan Le Pinot Noir | L’Artisan

Pinot Noir. 30% of the wine remains in French oak barrels for 4 months. Bright garnet. Aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, currant, and sweet spices. On the palate, soft tannins confirm the fruity notes accompanied by a long finish. Pairs well with white meats, pasta with mushroom sauces, and young cheeses. IGP Pays d´Oc. France.

Red Wine | L’Artisan Le Grenache | L’Artisan

Grenache. Barrel-aged for 5 months in barrels composed of 80% American oak and 20% French oak. Ruby red color. Aromas of blackberries, plums, violets, vanilla, and light toasted notes. On the palate, it presents balanced acidity, soft tannins, fruity expression accompanied by a long finish. Pairs well with grilled red meats, pasta with tomato or pesto sauce.
