Nervous acidity that supports the broad notes of ripe white fruit with slight bitter hints. The wine and the selected fine lees are subjected to batonnage for two months, giving it creaminess and volume on the palate. Then, it undergoes ten months of aging in stainless steel tanks with the lees at rest to achieve the desired balance.
Intense straw yellow color.
High aromatic intensity, with notes of very ripe pear, apple, and white peach, reminiscent of aging on very clean lees (yeast, bakery, and vanilla). Broad entry on the palate, creamy and voluminous, with a good passage, long and fruity aftertaste, with dairy and bakery notes.

This excellent sparkling wine is made from strictly selected grapes, harvested early to ensure its extraordinary freshness and balance. It is produced using the traditional 'champenoise' method and, after the second fermentation, it undergoes 24 months of aging on its lees before disgorging.
