Syrah.    Through the highest expression of terroir, each bottle of Grey is born, from a single block, paying homage to its place of origin. Hand-harvested and selected personally, it adheres to exceptional care under the personal supervision of Felipe Tosso.    Deep layer with a violet hue, which is very clean in structure.    Blackberries and blueberries with spices, anise, and mint with white pepper. Rich notes of vanilla and chocolate, hints of tobacco leaf and fine toasts. Very expressive, with a delicious attack of black fruit, rich texture, and sweet tannins. Blackberry jelly and dark chocolate. Good persistence finish.    Game pieces like deer and wild boar. Grilled lamb and pork.    Syrah.    It has an aging potential of between 10 and 15 years, which allows appreciating the evolution of its complexities over time.    Dark violet-red.    It presents notes of black fruits mixed with raspberry aromas, and spices like black pepper, as well as mineral notes like graphite, very classic of this terroir with granitic soils high in quartz content. On the palate, soft notes of red and blue fruits are perceived, harmoniously intertwined with spices such as black pepper, dark chocolate, and subtle notes of vanilla and caramel. The aging of 18 months in French oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle brings balance and roundness, concentrating all the purity and elegance of the fruit.    Game meats and red meats.    Valle de Colchagua, Apalta.     Chile.
