Albariño.
It is a late harvest wine, produced only when the weather conditions of the harvest allow it. The result of vinifying overripe grapes with a high percentage of noble rot.
Golden yellow color.
Clean and bright. High aromatic intensity, with notes of dried fruits like apricots, raisins, and figs. Hints of honey, bitter orange marmalade, and an anise-floral background. The entry on the palate is sweet, enveloping, and with balanced acidity that makes for a persistent retronasal experience.
Pairs well with shellfish and crustaceans, vegetables, fish, cereals, and pasta.
