Aged in barrel for 3 months and in bottle for 6 months.
Medium ruby red color with violet hues, clean and medium layer.
Reveals frank aromas of red fruits, especially strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. With fresh undertones of damp earth, minerals, and spicy notes. On the palate, it arrives with a good attack, expressing freshness and fruitiness, with a dry flavor and clean acidity. Tannins are scarce but well-integrated, with a finish of good persistence and a backdrop of ripe fruit.
The harmonization of Chianti with pasta is an international classic, and this wine is no exception. Also, try this delicate wine with soft cheeses, goat cheese, or creamy soft cheeses. Pair with grilled white meats such as chicken with a cream-based sauce, or enjoy it with a sandwich or cold cuts on a picnic day.
