Cabernet Sauvignon.    The Médoc is located on the banks of Bordeaux. It's a small area that has been considered the "paradise" of vineyards.    Medium-high intensity ruby red with clean reflections tinged with pink.    Fine nose full of red fruit, with spicy notes of pepper, vanilla, and mint leaf. Subtle aromas of leather and tobacco. Good attack on the palate with fruity presence, medium-bodied, dry, with well-integrated sweet tannins and spicy undertones.    Pairs well with semi-mature cheeses, roasted suckling pig, and venison.    Médoc Contrôlée.     France.
