Abundant plum-like fruit with cherries and flowers, as well as nuts. Full-bodied, with round and juicy tannins, and plenty of spicy fruit on the finish. Hints of vanilla alongside the fruit at the end.
Ideal with fine cuts of meat, roasts, grilled vegetables, and mature cheeses.
