It presents a high layer ruby red color.
On the nose, it exhibits predominant notes of tobacco, green pepper, a slight presence of menthol giving a sensation of freshness, coffee, red plums, spicy aromas, minty tones, red fruits, cinnamon, tobacco, and green pepper. In the mouth, it is elegant with a slight astringency, medium acidity, robust, meaty with mature tannins of medium-long persistence.
Recommended to pair with fatty dishes, meat in its juices, pork crackling, lightly seasoned dishes, especially suitable for accompanying juicy meat cuts and game birds.
