High layer ruby red, cherry notes with pinkish hues.
Perfectly clean and bright. Good depth. Highlights of blackcurrant, plum, mint leaf. Notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Toasted caramel, coffee, and a final touch of licorice. Confirms the olfactory promise, structured and meaty, with an excellent bouquet, intense flavor, mature firm tannins, and a long finish.
Pairs well with roasted lamb dishes and other red meats, stews, and semi-cured cheeses or ham.
