Intense cherry red color with brown reflections and bright tile hues.
Elegant, with aromas of very ripe fruits: raspberries and plums, spicy aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. Notes of coffee and hints of walnut. Very meaty, confirming the olfactory promise, harmonious, mature, and smooth tannins, well-polished. Long and flavorful finish.
Pairs well with dishes based on light seasonings, select red meats, fine sausages, game birds, and hard rind cheeses.
