   It presents a beautiful intense picota red color with violet hues, a clean, brilliant wine with a high apparent density.

   Aromas of violets and fruits such as currants and cherries accompanied by notes of damp earth, nuts, chocolate, and cinnamon. It has a medium-high attack, medium acidity, firm tannins, and alcohol in balance with a pleasant prolonged finish.

   Ideal for grilled roasts, spicy Italian cuisine, mushroom risotto, semi-matured cheeses, charcoal, grill, barbecue, ember grill.
