Aromas of blackberries, plums, violets, vanilla, and light toasted notes. On the palate, it presents balanced acidity, soft tannins, fruity expression accompanied by a long finish.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, pasta with tomato or pesto sauce. Also suitable for game birds, roasted pork, hare or rabbit. Sausages, mushroom omelette, and aged cheeses like Camembert.
