A wine with great depth and a purple color, denoting its youth.
It has an intense aroma where black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries stand out, dominating over the red fruits and mineral notes that also appear, giving rise to a fresh but complex wine. On the palate, the fruity sensations dominate again, and it is perceived as a full-bodied wine, which at the same time leaves pleasant sweet sensations, provided by the maturity of the grape from which it comes.
Pairs well with soft cooked cheese, tapas with cured meats, grilled red meats, cod empanadas a la vizcaína, and tomato-based dishes.
