        A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot. Aging in French and American Oak.

        Deep garnet red color with high/deep intensity.

        Complex, with aromas of red fruits such as plum, spices, and hints of mocha due to its barrel aging. Smooth texture with velvety tannins, elegant and full-bodied. Flavors of red fruits in compote, long and persistent finish.

        Stews with poultry, duck with cherry jelly. Pasta with spicy sauce (arrabbiata, puttanesca), creamy and semi-mature cheeses.
