       The fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels, with a percentage of new barrels to add complexity and nuances to the wine.

       Bright ruby with garnet reflections.

       Beautiful aromas of dark cherry, graham cracker, and a hint of nutmeg, complemented by earthy notes and black tea. A soft, smooth entry with round finessed tannins leads to abundant flavors of strawberry jam, raspberry, caramel notes, and a hint of vanilla, followed by a slightly dry finish.

       The Napa Cellars Pinot Noir 2021 pairs well with a variety of dishes, including white meats such as chicken and turkey, especially roasted or grilled; fatty fish such as salmon and tuna; pork meats such as pork chops and pork loin, especially with fruit-based sauces; soft and semi-soft cheeses such as gruyère, brie, and camembert; mushrooms such as button mushrooms, portobellos, and dishes with truffles; pasta dishes with light tomato or cream-based sauces; and vegetarian dishes such as roasted or grilled vegetables, especially those with earthy and smoky flavors.
