It presents notes of black fruits mixed with raspberry aromas, and spices like black pepper, as well as mineral notes like graphite, very classic of this terroir with granitic soils high in quartz content. On the palate, soft notes of red and blue fruits are perceived, harmoniously intertwined with spices such as black pepper, dark chocolate, and subtle notes of vanilla and caramel. The aging of 18 months in French oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle brings balance and roundness, concentrating all the purity and elegance of the fruit.
