$493.75
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau.
Anjou is a former province of France that now forms part of the departments of the Loire Valley, the longest river in France, which runs through a valley with a long tradition of producing fine white wines, both still and sparkling. They also produce reds and rosés, with the latter enjoying great fame under the Anjou appellation, from which this wine originates. It possesses the characteristic seal of a Cabernet rosé from the area.
Salmon-pink with peach reflections, very attractive, clean, and very bright in color.
Delicately fruity, with prominent aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and hints of milk caramels, with notes of apricot. Fresh, pleasant, and light on the palate. It is lively with a slight sweetness and persistent fruitiness, easy to drink and finishes quickly.
Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs well with charcuterie, meat pies, terrines, and pâtés. Also suitable with quiche Lorraine, chicken, pasta, pizzas, and raw vegetables. Excellent with green salad and goat cheese.
