This excellent sparkling wine is made from strictly selected grapes, harvested early to ensure its extraordinary freshness and balance. It is produced using the traditional ‘champenoise’ method and, after the second fermentation, it undergoes 24 months of aging on its lees before disgorging.
Clean and bright, with a lemon-yellow color and golden highlights.
Citrusy, fruity (green apple), and with balsamic notes of aromatic herbs. The varietal aromas are perfectly balanced with the lees and bakery notes developed during the aging process.
