Aromas of green apple, guava, and citrus such as lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange. We find citrus flavors, very unctuous, with good persistence and acidity.
Seafood: Such as shrimp, scallops, or crab. Poultry: Such as roasted chicken or oven-baked turkey. Pasta dishes: Especially those with creamy sauces, such as Alfredo pasta. Cheeses: Soft cheeses like brie or camembert, or semi-aged cheeses with nutty notes.
