   One of the most prized white wines in the world, from the heart of the Côte de Beaune. 8 to 12 years.

   Straw yellow color with new gold highlights, extremely clean and very bright.

   High intensity with great elegance, floral notes of acacia and jasmine. Aromas of hazelnuts, sweet almonds, hints of freshness, and notes of cut hay and quince. Bright and broad attack. Fine white fruit, with present acidity, unctuous and complex, very silky. Retronasal of flowers and honey. Long vanilla finish.

   Crustaceans like lobster or king crab, freshwater fish like salmon, sea bass, or trout, poached, steamed, with butter or creamy sauces. Foie gras and mature cheeses like Munster.
