Blend of Syrah, Vermentino, Carignan, Grenache. Our Decoy Rosé was inspired by the great Rosés of Provence. Unlike many rosés, which are made as a byproduct of bleeding off juice from red wine fermentations, the grapes for this wine were specifically harvested at lower Brix degrees to make a dry rosé. To further preserve the beautiful aromas of the wine, pure fruit flavors, and the refreshing, crisp mouthfeel, it was fully fermented in stainless steel.
Pale pink in color.
This fresh and elegant rosé displays enticing aromas of freshly picked strawberries and sweet melon, along with hints of orange blossom and guava. On the palate, it is bright and balanced, with layers of vibrant fruit and subtle notes of minerals and spices.
Pair with anchovy bruschettas, nicoise salad, hummus, or a refreshing prosciutto with melanzane.
