The grapes for the Napa Cellars Chardonnay 2021 were handpicked at the optimal moment of ripeness to ensure the maximum expression of flavor. Once in the winery, the grapes were gently pressed to extract the fresh must. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels, of which a percentage was new, to add complexity and depth to the wine.
