        Chardonnay.         100% Chardonnay, Aged on its lees for 10 months in French oak.         Pale golden color with great brilliance.        It presents aromas of white flowers, followed by notes of lightly toasted hazelnuts and incredible minerality. On the palate: Round and silky, it highlights the flavors of ripe melon and citrus oil followed by juicy fruit and delicious acidity. Subtle notes of toasted oak and a touch of anise spices add warmth and richness to the long, concentrated finish.        Recommended to accompany white meats with white sauces, fresh seafood, and shrimp salads.       Napa Valley, California.        United States.
